Will I be charged when my free plan ends?

No. You don't need to connect your credit card to start using smiels.
You will be notified before your free trial ends.

Will I lose my data when my free plan ends and I don't upgrade my Plan?

No. Your data will be stored in your smiels account but you may not be able to use any features if your trial period has ended. If you would like to extend your trial you can contact us via live chat or contact form and we can set something up for you.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. Contact us via contact form or live chat, we can get something setup for your non-profit organization.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?

You can try all features for a month for free, therefore you will be able to know if the product is good fit for your business or not. If you find something missing that you really need or will make your life easy, reach out to us and we can get it done.
